In Arkansas they have what is called Legal Aid check with your local DHS department where you go to apply for Medicaid or food stamps they should be able to direct you in the right direction for your town and state good luck

If there has already been a divorce decree then child custody has already been mandated. I doubt there would be a lawyer who would advise you for free at this point. However if you are looking for information as to how to go about getting a divorce, a good number of lawyers will give one free consultation, either over the phone or in their office, but you have to know all of the questions to ask because it's only a one time deal and if you have any questions after that you'll be charged.
