It seems simple to me If you want spookey to treat you like a toy / doormat then Dump the one who has been there for you, has taken care of you and does not treat you like a toy / doormat. You will regret it if you get back with the other guy. Keep the one you are with now cuz obviously he is worth keeping. Hopefully this is blunt enough for you.
