Go ahead just make sure you water them regularly.

Strawberries can be grown in tropical climates. I have eaten strawberries grown in Barbados. I do not know the procedure for planting and cultivating them. Barbados cherry has the highest vitamin C in the world. I always thought that cherries were a tropical fruit because I have seen so many of them in Barbados.
