Ok some people of different cultures, I cannot understand their accent. Is that racist? I like certain guys from different cultures I guess because I can relate to them because people can't understand me when I talk. Is that racist? Just curious.

I mean like people of different cultures the actors on tv and movies I can understand them really well. Why is that?

I don't see any racism in that at all. I mean you don't hate them, you just don't understand them.

No it's not racist. Just difference of opinion in the understanding of the pronunciation of the English language.
Every country whether Western - Eastern - Europeon etc we all have that difference of pronouncing our words.
In most cases its rather lovely to hear from different countries.
In some accents it can be very sexy, however in others it can sound very broad and ugly.
But in general it's just a culture thing, if we all sound and looked the same, would we not find ourselves extremely boring.
I know I would, We wouldn't be talking now.

I dont understand the question in the second sentence. What a mangled sentence. As far as the question in the first sentence, no, why would it be? A telemarketer from India called me recently and I couldn't understand him.
