Can one convert .exe to HTML?

Question

I would like to put an .exe file on my webpage but NOT for people to click on.. I will try to elaborate and tell you precisely what it is I want to do..You may think it silly but I think it would look cute.

open tat .exe file with the note pad and save it with the .HTML it will be in your web page.i don't think it is the way but try it .. it may work.OK bay friend
