Satellite and DSL are two completely different things. You cannot get DSL because it involves telephone service. In order for the high speed data to properly channel to your house, you need to live (typically) less than 2.5 miles from a Telephone Company Central Office (switch station). Satellite offers high speed Internet but it is a lot more expensive, has slow upload speed and can be interfered with during solar flares or bad weather. Check with your local cable company - they might offer high speed Internet. If they don't, you're only other option would be a wireless Internet card for a laptop or you're stuck with slow dial up.
