I own the house witch is for sale now, i have put some on my title , but loan on my name, i want to move out but that person will be staying until it sales, can that person give me problems like change lock and not let me in or any other problems? Please respond, thank you

They are an owner and can do anything you can do. Although the y cannot deny you your interest in the property, if they lock you out, what are you going to do about it. The court may not hear that one for months or years.

They can negotiate a terrible deal to sell the house out of spite. If they were sued the property could be taken regardless of your rights. It is a very very bad idea to put anyone other than a spouse's name on property without very clear contracts and clear legal advice.

They can't deny you use or access to the property. But depending on how they share title with you, they can get a loan or sell their interest in the property to another person.
