First L is correct. However, if there are two leap years in the 7 year period, then you donot get the pattern right. For example, 2006 has a friday the 13th in october, but 6 years later, 2012 is another leap year.So you have 13th on a saturday in Oct 2012.

In October, friday's only occur 4 times this year, but next year maybe it will be different. I don't know.

consider 365 days a year. That is 52 weeks plus one day. So if this year is fri 13 in october, next year, oct 13th will be on saturday.
Then the year next is sunday.
Then leap year, the 13th on tuesday
