Okay, we'll start off with the women's favorite part of the house...the kitchen! It will be tremendously over sized with an island, granite tops and floors, stainless steel appliances. At least 4 bedrooms, with sky-lights and high ceilings. Lots and lots of closets. Movie room, game room, gym. 3 full bathrooms, 1 with jacuzzi and with a plasma hanging on a wall. Living room will have a wood burning fireplace and wall-to-wall french sliders opening out to a humongous wooden deck. Back yard will have semi-in ground pool with deck all around. BBQ pit in the corner, outdoor fireplace, gazebo. 2 car garage with a driveway for at least 5 more cars (for company). There's so much to list...LOL.

Ahhh... I have often thought about this! I would love to have a huge two story home with 7 bedrooms, 8 baths, the biggest kitchen ever, a big family room and a nice basement to use as a work out room! Oh and it has to have a fireplace in all the bedrooms and living room! And I want a balcony view from my room of my horse ranch! Am I being to picky??? That would all be nice I suppose! But in all honesty, I love my home! We have 5 achers, 2 kids, a horse, dog , and cat! I can't complain but it doesn't hurt to dream! LOL

Large. That's the first and foremost thing. It has to be just rambling, lots of acres around it as well. 2 floors with all bedroom on second floor. Huge foyer, with grand staircase. High vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors in bedrooms. Marble floors in foyer, ceramic tile in kitchen and bath. Large, in ground pool out back with a pool house and a deck. At least 4 bathrooms. Only huge walk in closets. Every appliance and electronic component you could think of, wired throughout the house. I have often sat and though or looked up my dream house. I know exactly how it should look.

..mine looks like a cross between a castle and a thatched hut.. i like the idea of combining grass and stone..there would be these big grass and stone towers ..and it would be built for efficiency...for instance, the heating would come from deep in the ground. the windows would be built so that in the summer, the sun shines on them less and it stays cooler, but in the winter when the sun is different it shines on them more for heating.. also plenty of solar panels.. an underground pool.. some land for a horse or two.. it would very modern on the inside, but with cool artifacts and art... and antiques.. you can combine all of these different aspects of old and modern and tribal... the colors would be earthy, and bright.. and there would be the four elements everywhere.. water fountains, and tanks with fish.. torches outside and candles everywhere and fireplaces, a soft breeze from a by a water powered generator that blows through the hallways, and stone floors, wood floors.. shaggy carpets.. a central garden with a sunroof.. plants everywhere.. and plenty of literature in bookcases.. also plenty of art that i would by from local artists or college artists.

my dream home is wherever my best friend is !!! cause he is such a sweetie !!!

but as for the house itself.. it would be nice and big.. an indoor pool in it .. about five rooms that are master bedrooms with walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms with whirlpool tubs and plasma TVs and a bitchin' entertainment system , dvd etc.

and id have a mini movie theatre including a snack bar and lounge chairs .. a huge living room with a fire place in the centre of it.. a nice big fancy kitchen with all the latest appliances including the fridge with a TV in it .. and a nice big backyard with a gazebo and a huge deck with a covered outdoor pool and hot tub .. and to help me decorate it , id hire Doug Wilson from "trading spaces" to help with it !!!

it is exactly like where i live now, the same house, but the house is cleaner, the living room is painted turquoise, the yard is landscaped into a calming Japanese garden, and , somehow, miraculously an ocean is much nearer, without causing problems for other people, like them being flooded out of their homes..
