I am not sure why people answer, if they do not the answer or how to answer!! For those two points???
Anyway, it is not my problem!

I was told a couple of years ago that one in ten Canadians are blind or visually impaired and we have about 30 million in population , so that's 3 million approximately. I would think the stats are similar for the us so possibly 35 million people are blind or visually impaired.
