My friends have suggested a carriage ride, or hanging at a low key lounge. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

the carriage ride through central park is great,it depends on how deep your pockets are. an up scale club would be nice or a b'way show or you could take to the top of the empire building and pop the questions then tell her your going to do your best to keep her on a natural high then to a fancy supper club

My vote is with the carriage ride through Central Park...my husband and I do that every time we're in NYC and I just love it!!!! It's soooo romantic!

Take her to the top of the Empire State building, where you can start a new life at the Top of the world, looking down on creation. Tell her, her love has put you at the top of the world. Plus in a "Affair to Remember" they were suppose to meet at the top of the Empire State building on Valentines day, how romantic. Congrats to you and Good Luck!!

The red bus where they take you everywhere and it start at south street seaport. A Carriage ride is good thing too but she won't see the real view of NYC.
