It's like the ones that those gothic people wear to make them appear really white. The ones that they sell at halloween shops are really cheap and don't work well.

Amphigory (http://www.amphigory.com/) and Manic Panic (http://www.manicpanic.com/) both make high quality white powder. Amphigory costs a bit of money and you can only get online, but is the best. Manic panic is cheaper and has several retailers, but is still good. A UK company called Stargazer makes some too, and is readily available, but it is of rather poor quality.

I'd try a chemist or phamacists, they sell all sorts of white makeup powders. Careful you get correct one that your not allergic too. Otherwise you may end up with a RED FACE

walmart they have the best prices on powder you can get white the color of the wall if you like it just depends on what you like,
