Every year I listen to "Alice's Restaurant" on Thanksgiving. In that story-***-song, justice is blind (the judge in the trial is led in by a seeing-eye-dog). So from an artistic, (and for me, practically HISTORIC, point of view... justice is blind.)
On the other hand, my wife is an attorney, and she has told me so many stories about both proper and impoper applications of justice, that I cannot personally believe that justice is totally blind, anyway. Maybe you could make a case that it is LEGALLY blind.

Justice may be blind but the judge and jury are not. Unless you have a really good defense attorney whom you think can you off.

Once a person enters the criminal justice system, regardless of what you hear, YOU ARE PRESUMED GUILTY.
I would kill myself before I would go through that again. The "system" needs to be changed. It is corrupt.
