Im working on an assignment on different countries...every family has a uniqe belief and practices and families often alter traditional ways as they adapt to life in Canada. How are Russians when it comes to time? Are they patient or impatient?

let me clarify it a bit more, how are Russians generally. In China, they want everything done right away, and are very organized. Would you say Russians are like that?

It depends, russians are very thorough with their work, time is not necessarily an issue. Though Russians do not work as hard as Chinese people do. I would say they are alot more patient than Americans.

I agree with the first person, it totally is not a culture thing as much as it is a personal thing. It may not even be a family thing either, I am always late and my dad is forever punctual. There is almost no real answer to that question.

Having met Russians people here in Europe. They very emotional people. Yes they are good time keeper due to the old communist sytem. It was breed into them.

I don't think you can classify an entire culture as patient or impatient...that's more of an individual trait.
