I don't think so.
He was interviewed on that cartoon Space Ghost Coast to Coast (if that's what it's called, I'm really not sure), and he seemed pretty normal. Space Ghost's grandfather ("Macho Man" Randy Savage) asked him if he likes eating people 'cause he's a zombie, and he said something like "No...I like eating Cheerios".
I think he just likes that style, but I only know from what I've seen on TV.
