How do you get to saphron city? because ever road to that city is closed. can anyone help!?

the city on the west side has a large department store. go to the roof and buy some drinks out of the vending machines. any will do. i usually do lemonade, since i usually buy a lot of those anyway. then walk in and the guard will have a sip, and share it with the other guards. free passage through all four gates is now yours
