I think attempting that kind of weight loss could be risky. I've think the norm to expect, for healthy, manageable weight loss, is something like 2 lbs/week.

This works... I have done it many times... starting monday eat 100 calories every 2 hours don't skip... if you want hersey kisses eat 100 cals. of them... apple...3 slices of turkey breast... a piece of toast... lettuce w/lowcal gdressing...etc etc. Do this Mon thru Fri. from morn til night... then on Sat. do it thru the day... have anything you want for dinner sat. night.... and eat anything you want all day Sunday... That's your reward... you will lose 5-6 pounds a weeks. This is the right way... you are fooling your body by not starving it... eating every 2 hours... I know this part is gross but on Sun. night I would take a laxative.. cause man I would pig out bad on sundays. I dropped 55lbs. in 2 months and never felt deprived. Go to do especially after having a baby.

That may be pretty hard to do, but if you are really serious try one of those month to month memberships at a gym like ballys or Fitness USA. They are really good at keeping you motivated and they offer diet tips and support. If are a low on cash, try to focus on the areas you want to lose from and not the pounds. Drink lots of water, try to keep away from breads, especially white and work out. You could follow a workout on tv, like denise austin on lifetime.

You really can't lose that much in that small amount of time. You can lose up to 10 pounds of water weight. Don't go on any crash diets they do more harm then good. Just exercise and eat right.

Do weight watchers. You will really have to dive into the routing quickly though if you want to lose the weight in 2 months. If you are diligent, you would probably lose 3 lbs a week
