I can receive email, but not send it. Even when I deactivate all filters, I still cannot send email.?

i think your SMTP is not set up properly....ask your ISP for the SMTP setting.

If you're using POP 3 account, you might need to re-configure it. Need to reset your incoming and outgoing MAIL SMTP servers.
