Yes. Missed periods could be a sign of a number of things. But you can get pregnant even with irregular and unpredictable cycles... as you could have ovulated. I would definitely advise you talk to a Gynecologist about your situation.
If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include:
Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems.
Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. For more information, see the topic Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa.
Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes.
Extreme emotional stress.
Travel.
Medications, such as hormonal birth control methods, which may cause lighter, less frequent, more frequent, or skipped periods.
Hormonal abnormalities, which cause fluctuating levels of the hormones needed to support menstruation.
Illegal drug use.
Problems with the pelvic organs, such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome.
Breast-feeding. Many women do not resume regular periods until they have completed breast-feeding.

The answer to both questions is YES!
It is possible to not have a period for several months in a row and not be pregnant.
It is also possible to get pregnant without having a period. I am not sure how exactly, but my best friend did not have a period in over a year and now she is 7 months pregnant.
If you think you are pregnant and your urine is not comming back positive ask your Dr. for a blood test. Some women do not produce enough HGC homones durring thier pregnancy for a urine test to come back positive.
I found out I was pregnant when I was 4 months along because I did not produce enough of the hormone to show up in my urine.
TALK to your Dr. and find out if you can get a blood test done, if that comes back negative talk to your Dr. about all your missed periods and see what he thinks.

Feasible, sure. Likely? No longer certain. If you are sexually active and also you miss a period, absolutely all indicators factor to pregnancy. However, lots can rely on different matters. Is your period most commonly irregular? Do you ever pass over a period? Have you gone through major stress/eating regimen/dozing changes in the final month? If you can reply sure to at least some of the three questions, it could be something else. If now not...Omit it. Which you can more often than not rely on being pregnant.

Yes, I used to have my period 2 times a year before I got pregnant. I did the same thing I missed about 6 periods, while having unprotected sex, and got pregnant. Good luck!

Yes definitely. If you are healthy and have no physical problems, missing your period could definitely be a sign of pregnancy. Sometimes, even though the pregnancy test comes back negative, it could be positive (especially if you're having unprotected sex with your boyfriend). You definitely need to take another pregnancy test!

There are a number of reasons that you could miss a period besides pregnancy.
Yes. You could still get pregnant, because you have no way to guess if you've had something that has stopped the periods but whatever it is may change and mean that you'll get a period in a couple of weeks.

For one, take another pregnancy test. If it's negative, go see a doctor. Maybe you have a fibrous cyst or something. I had those and it wasn't really a big deal until later. Go see a gynocologist asap. Take care and good luck.
