i have windows 98. how do block pop-ups?

I don't think the 98 version has the pop-up blocker. But when your on the internet, click on tools at the top bar and see if it's there.

I had win98 before I had xp and was able to download google toolbar and it also has a pop up blocker. They all seem to work on the same concept.

Yahoo has a pop-up blocker on its Windows98 Yahoo toolbar. cl the button, and place a checkmark before "enable pop-up blocker."
