it's not that it will hurt but it will be sore for about a month. This answer is from a doctor my friend consulted regarding eyelid surgery.

Any kind of surgery unless you requested or medically you are examined that you can't have anesthesia. Yo will be given anesthesia. So your face will be numb and you'll be asleep.

i had surgery on my eye when i was about 10 i had a growth if i remember right it didnt hurt at all

It's a very simple surgery... relax... I the plastic surgery queen.
It's not invasive and I sure doesn't involve any muscles...

i reckon it hurts a great deal when you wake up...they have to sedate you, 'because they have to put a metal shield in your eye. while they are cutting your skin with the scalpel..so yeah i bet it does hurt!
