I have often considered moving to a community of paralyzed Mimes.

Of course, it would depend on the neighbor; or am I not willing to try and relate to people different than me? Am I afraid to let people get to know me? Fear of rejection? We are a product of our environment to a certain degree but we can overcome whatever our childhoods were (with G-d's help) and be assertive and confident and take the risk of reaching out to those around us. With that said and since you mentioned "good fences", I would probably have a privacy fence in my front and back yards if I could; if and when I get a home of my own. I have had some great neighbors and more than some since i have moved around a lot, or what seems a lot to me (every few years). Some neighbors were open to my hanging out with them and I was definitely open to some of them hanging out with me. But as for choosing friends, maybe it is best to have friends that are of the same mind, spiritually speaking. As the saying goes, "Bad company corrupts good morals", and maybe that is true sometimes. Life is full of choices. Thanks for yet another thought provoking query. You give good questions :)

I have no problem chatting with neighbors. I can be very sociable and have no problems in large crowds or public speaking.

But, as a rule, I am the quiet, loner neighbor. I leave early for work. Usually get home late from work. Hang out with my animals and tend to their needs... then either take care of business at my house, or go to a coffee shop to grade papers.... or on the weekend I might go hang out with my sis and her family... Mostly, though, where personal time is concerned, I keep to myself.

50/50, sorry 'm a lady, i'd take my bias to communicate this. because even as he feels lonely once you in moody second, He might want to favor to have a chats at the same time with his gf to spilling his options. She's favor to have a listener. in truth, even as each and every so often in the very smooth second, take a touch second for quiet or non violent second, truly is sweet. won't be able to assert that that's favor, because adult males not in any respect in elementary words says adequate for in simple terms unmarried profile from female, Be versatile to manage for the best one. you could manage your adult males rocks on each and every occasion at quiet or chatty mood!!! good luck!

Turtle Girl, how can I join that club?

One thing I love about my neighborhood is that it is quiet...very, very quiet. I don't mind saying Hi and being friendly to folks, but there is this one lady who catches me outside every three weeks or so and will not STFU...she will go on for a good hour and make me look at every plant in her yard.

Nice package.

Fences make good neighbors, and so do good neighbors.

Quiet, as in nonexistant, or at the very least, invisible.
