Probably. I assume you are talking about traditional 'constructions' using only a straight edge and a pair of compasses.

The trouble is, we can't really help you as we don't know exactly what your 'trojan helmet' looks like. The link below has a bit of information on simple constructions - you may be able to combine them to create the design you want.
