1. I took a CCNA academy class at my college. THAT was very helpful.
2. Get access to use actual Cisco routers. There is a software named Boson that is a router simulator that works good too, but I prefer using actual routers.
3. Get access to actual Cisco switches. There's a lot of questions on switches as well.
4. Buy a good book like Sybex. Should be able to find that at Barnes and Noble.
5. There's this special command book that's sold by Cisco that lists many commands used on CCNA. You can also get that at Barnes and Noble.
6. Use this website to ask people questions that you don't understand. They're very helpful there: http://www.techexams.net

Before you prepare for CCNA it is good to have basic networking
knowledge preferably a N+ certification.
The N+ certification is prefered before pursuing CCNA in middle
east and american countries. As CCNA does not include any basic level.
