Something you can grab at your local drugstore is Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Cream. It's a quick relief .

I am sorry, my sister has suffered from eczema her whole life and it makes me sad she has to deal with that. I know of something she uses now that works really well for extremely dry skin, psoriasis and eczema. It even heals the scaring and the dry skin. the best thing for dry skin is Aveeno! it's the most amazing product in the world. you only need a small amount to cover a large area and it relieves ur dry skin so quickly. the best one for really dry skin is the one with oatmeal extract in it. It would be the bottle with the green label in case u want to buy it in the store. Still aveeno is not a cheap brand but it's worth it

Do you have oats? Make some oat meal mix oats and milk together heat let it cool leave on for about 3-5 minutes rinse and reapply every half hour.
psoriasis sufferer. It is honestly the only thing that works for me.

my daughter uses goat milk soap rather than the cream she said it works just as well

Try Zinc cream (baby rash or sun burn) it is oily but works.
