Usually I like well shaped eyebrows that are either the same color or just a bit lighter than their hair color.

If your hair is light your eyebrows should be slightly darker
If your hair is dark (black or really dark brown) then your eyebrows should be just a tad lighter (brown)

yeah i like well defined not too thin, highly arched, and same as hair color eyebrows... thats what i think looks best. but thats just my opinion
