It's a pretty good Toss-up!

Old folks are probably the most irritating, because of their slow, tedious driving and the really stupid stuff they do, But teens are probably the most dangerous because of lack of attention to driving, carrying groups of kids with them, cell phones, going too fast, and just general lack of experience.

OLD PEOPLE
my god im not going to stereotype of the MAJORITY of the seniors ive seen on the roads lack confidence. When you lack confidence in driving, you lack skill and speed.
Lack of skill results to confuse other drivers.
Lack of speed pisses off other drivers!

In what I've seen in my life, teenagers are easily distracted, but I think that both groups have plenty of drivers that should be retrained or not driving at all.

Old people by far. I once got hit by an old man and he was trying to write down my license plate numbers and he couldn't even read them 12 inches from his face. I know that's their freedom but something must be done.

Old people because they drive way too slow and they cant hardly see over the steering wheel. They also back into things and are not aware of their surroundings.
