I used to be a "procrastinator", start a ruitine! when you need something done. Do it right away and when you think "oh it can wait till later", think of what actually happens later. nothing! and the sooner you get what ever it is out of the way, you dont need to worry about it anymore. I have always been horrible with homework, so now that I NEED to work on it to get in the habbit to grad on time, I do it when I get home from school before my favorite tv shows come on or when I want to talk to friends on msn cause we all know I wont miss my episodes of prison break or the OC :) its all about self motivation everyone has their own ways to not procrastinate you just need to figure out what works for you. What works for me is doing it right when it comes to mind or I'll either forget about it or push it off till later.

If your question is serious. The best advice I've ever heard is to simply take one task and finish it completely before moving on to the next, and the next. Don't let yourself stop in the middle and start another project. Procrastication is often just the problem of thinking about the too many things you need to get done. Just start with one.

I am 40 and I still procrastinate. I have found it's helpful to set small goals on paper and cross them off 1 at a time. It's all about focus and changing personal habbits. You can do it.
Check out the following site... it may help:

Make a list and start whacking away at it.
Number 1 on the list is to not "dink" around on the computer until all of your homework is done!
You never know what is going to happen later - get done what you need to do now and then you have stress-free time later to do absolutely nothing - or whatever makes you happiest.

Do what I do. Wait until the last minute. I do my best work under pressure.Bottom line: It's got to get done. You're gonna do it. Who cares if you don't get it done two years in advance?
