flip flops duh... and in thongs you mean the type of sandal? or the underwear. because i dont really know the difference between the two types of sandals...

I live in Southern California so flip-flops are an acceptable shoe 365 days a year.

I prefer flip-flops. I am just uncomfortable with the other term! It just wouldn't seem right for me to tell my kids to put on their thongs before leaving home. Yep... definitely flip-flops!

They are comfy, but I think that we wear them way too much and with the wrong outfits. Girls wear them everywhere--even when it is completely inappropriate. I was always taught to wear clothing according to the event. If one is doing laundry, shopping or hanging out, then sure, flip flops are ok. If one is wearing them to a wedding, to prom, to meet the president, to go to work or school, etc, then it is very, very inappropriate AND it ruins an otherwise perfectly good outfit.

I wear flip flops all the time. I am a college student and it is easy for us to slide on and head to class. Its almost part of our dress code. But before I went to college, i didn't wear them at all.

i was born in new england and any chance i have to go barefoot is great bit i will admit i wear thong toed flip flops (teva's) as long as seasonably possible

I like all my shoes. I feel comfortable wearing anything. I love my moon boots but can't wear them just yet. I love Teva flip flops.
