YOU BET THEY ARE! It won't end tied for first either. If it did Detroit would get it through default because they beat the Twins a few more times. So if the Twins end in 1st place alone. Is it on to Oakland instead of NY?

I think the Twins are great! Though as bad as the pitching may be for the Yankees, their bats can certainly destroy anyone. And probably will. I'de love to see the Twins go all the way but this may be the year of the Yankees offense.

One thing you have to remember is that Detroit has KC at home this weekend, and they have beaten KC 15 of 16 games so far.
While Minnesota has the southside crybabies.
The whinny sux will not roll over and play dead (although I hope they do).
Yes, if The Twins finish in 1st place alone they would play Oakland.
Either way they are in, as are The Tigers.
I'd love to see Minnesota & Detroit play for The American League Championship!

They are tied now but the mighty Tigers get to play KC and the Twins get to play a pissed off White Sox team. I like the Tigers chances still to win the division.

Yes. If the Twins can take the Division then the Twinks will be facing the Oakland A's, and Tiggs will be "AT" may i remind you i said "AT" Yankee Stadium.
