like can you use your debit card to take money for ur paypal in order to make online buys.

I mean can i use my atm card it dosnt have any visa sign or anything.

In the US and Australia the atm card must either have the Visa or MasterCard symbol to work online and support address verification.

Other Cards like Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Visa Plus and Visa debit from other countries may work but needs to be activated by your bank.

I use that set up for ebay. I used it as a credit card. Thats good because I can place a stop order if I like and the security is better.

Yes, as long as it has either the Visa or MasterCard logo on it. When you set up the account, just indicate it as a credit card. That is what I do on my accounts.

yes as long as their is a line of credit or checking account attached. No "prepaid visa's" or the such
