i have a free flickr account.
the pictures can only be 250kb and you can use 20mb per month.
there is an option where you can subscribe. that's not free.

Its free, you can try others as well, try yahoo photos, its not as good as flicker but still it works.

You can also try to search for on-line photo galleries on pixey.com. Its a really cool image and video search engine.

yes you can get a free account with flickr, I have one myself..
