Does anyone know how to self-engineer a better synchro that doesnt wear out that fast??

Bad shifting technique.
Worn out input shaft bearing allowing to much movement.
Dirty oil or foreign matter in oil.
Clutch out of adjustment.
Reservoir for clutch low on fluid.
Or just old age. (Things do wear out.)

nissan did it's called dual cone syncro and its the best available it is avaliable on 90 and newer z's but inevitably they sometines fail usually in second though
