There is no way to peace, but peace itself. So make peace with all that is taking away your peace right now, for when you make peace you surrender, and that is when you begin to learn and when you have learned from life all that you have to, you naturally find your way to peace as that is what you have created within.

Peace is what remains when you stop struggling with your own self, as all that troubles you in life is merely a mirror reflection of all that is troubling you within.

So trust the world outside to show you exactly what needs to be healed, made peace with within, when we use this peace mantra and we will never have to fight again unless when we need to or get frustrated at the world for not changing, because we know when we change the world will follow.

And when you find your peace within, nothing in your life can take it away, because peace is your natural state, your very being, so remove all that is unnatural in you, all that is not you in you, and what would be left behind would the real you and the peaceful, blissful you.

As long as you are not completely at completely it means that you still have road ahead of you, you still need to grow and to change, and the only change you ever need to make in life is to accept all that you are more completely, as to love yourself is to love all that you are.

So walk the path of peace and you are at peace already.

Peace- Shanti- has to be achieved within himself, with the immediate neighbourhood, where he lives and with the universe in general. For peace within oneself, you need to be contended with what you have earned by hard labour and by right means and not be hankering after the riches of others, which is not your due. For achieving peace with your immediate environ, when your own peaceable mien will send positive waves, inducing peace in the environ also, you need to do some thing more in an active manner, in the present day, which is divided by hatred and bigotry. We need to do many positive actions, to help people get over their difficulties like poverty, ill-health and so on. These assistance should be rendered without any expectation in return. As for the universal peace, the action that is enjoined is prayer. A prayer which in its intensity and depth can match the sea will even touch God. In the harmony of universal peace, the gods will descend to bless all the living beings, including man.

"Om! Om!
Om! Shanti Shanti Shanti:"

Strange but true.... Peace always exists. it is the conflict that is imposed on peace!
Look this way. If you ask where can one get silence, you will realise silence exists ALWAYS and only noise is being imposed on silence. Likewise , when you say there is space between houses , the fact is that houses exist in space.. We need to have that perspective to understand the issue.

Peace is there always,at all times and at all places. Conflict covers the peace. So, please address the question as: What is the easiest way to remove conflicts?

For everyone to sit on the ground and meditate. Realistically that is not possible since one goob will get up and steal everything. But if everyone had peace of mind they would not need external things so even then the bad guys could steal all they want and possibly even kill each other and the good guys wouldn't let that interfer with their sanctity. Eventually the bad guys will get so bored they'll fight with each other and eventually kill each other off. Then the good guys will be the only ones left.

Not very realistic, but then again nothing worth having is easy.

It is not in the human nature to be at peace. I truely believe this, otherwise there would be no reasons for war, terror, any of it. It is in our nature to create chaos and division among people, and it always has been.

If there were a way to create peace, I would have to say that one would have to isolate himself from others, and ensure that no contact with other humans ever takes place again. That way, there would be no temptations to fight with anyone over anything.

True peace can only be achieved through isolation.

Peace or tranquility is a state of balance. Static balance is death. The best one can manage while living is a dynamic balance.

The most powerful force within us is ego. This force continually keeps disturbing the balance. The easiest way to counterbalance it is to believe in God, the Omnipotent, and surrender to His will.

Die? Oh wait, do you want external peace, or internal peace, international peace, religious peace or just peace of mind? Hmmmm. I think my original answer is correct, the easiest way to achieve any of those things is not to exist. Otherwise, you've always got deal with something. Even Shiva once said, (and I paraphrase here) "If it's not one thing, it's another."

"Peace" is such a wonderful thing that cannot be bought from the market. It all depends on man, who can experience peace or disturbance on the basis of his attitude or behavior with others. For instance, if he follows the Do's and don'ts as prescribed by the saints, he will lead a peaceful life.

There is no such thing as "easy" in terms of "goodness". Peace is the perfume of an intelligent individual. We are not peaceful because we want fulfillment of our "Likes and Dislikes", our subjective preferences. We are always in conflict to whatever happened to the object of our desires. If we got what we want then, we are afraid to lose it. If we did not get it, we are angry, jealous or lonely. If we cannot discard what we don't like, we are angry and lonely. So we are not peaceful because we don't understand our positive or negative desires thoroughly. I think all of us are living in this kind of mentality, we are biting one another and the spectacular presentation of our problem is the big War. So my friend please discover first why are u not peaceful then decide for yourself if you can eliminate your conflict.
