Minimum I think is 5 innings, like a ballgame. If rain stops a game, the leader at that point, if after 5 innings is declared the winner of the game.

In the majors it is five innings for a non-rain shortened game. A good rule of thumb to go by for any level of baseball is half the game and round up to the next whole number.
