Ok, what has happened is, today when I got in the car started it up, when I backed out of the driveway and started down the street it started smoking black smoke (kinda grey), the engine runs fine dont overheat or anything, could I have overfilled it with oil maybe?? There isnt any oil in the antifreeze and I am not loosing antifreeze, so it isnt a blown head gasket.

Did you put oil in recently? Did you add more than 5 quarts? If no, it's probably not overfull.

Black smoke tends to signal a rich condition - too much fuel, not enough air. Antifreeze tends to burn white and has a sweet smell. Oil smoke tends to be blue.

It could be burning oil...or you could have spilled oil on the manifold and when it gets hot the oil is burning off....

that's odd, if it's burning oil the smoke will be blue.
