If he lies down and flings his leg at the other persons legs. I know a one legged guy who made my cousin trip by doing this! After they trip kick em in the b-hind.

I am a left leg amputee and I am pretty sure I could kick your butt, so yes a one legged man can win a butt kicking contest. By the way I am not offended by your question or angry in any way. I just thought I would honestly answer your question.
