why are some people shy and others not?and how could you develop a magnetic personality?examples?

In my opinion, shyness usually correlates directly to the persons level of self confidence. Somebody who is situationally shy does NOT mean that they are not a dynamo!

You've just got to learn to believe and trust in yourself.

well being shy is something you chose to do because you are not sure of yourself, but if you want to have a magnetic personality type, whenever having conversation try to make the other person feel that he or she is important, always remember their names, simple details about them. be genuinely interested in people.if they will see that you care for who they are they will remember you and you would be able to use them for your own purposes.

I WAS SHY FOR YEARS. DON'T KNOW WHY. FINALLY WITH MY KIDS AND ALL THE THINGS THEY DID, I HAD TO START COMING OUT OF MY SHELL. SURE GLAD I DID, SORRY IT TOO SO LONG. BUT I'M MAKING UP FOR IT NOW.
