It used to be by coming here to YA. But then it became a reality as I made friends.........real friends. I couldn't escape the realities by going somewhere that was indeed still a reality.
I find now that when things become too much........I have to tune out. I have to close my eyes.........and sleep. I have to make my mind stop before it does leave me in the dust.....lol (nice question.......I loved it!) But sleep has lately seem like the only escape I have from life and its realities.
What about you?

First I run left, then I crawl down the hole, then after that I put some goats in a box and launch them, then I jump across the lake, and that's how I escaped.

Before gas got so expensive, I just went for a drive. Now, I go out into the woods with a lawn chair and a book and a cd player, and just relax

I take a hot bubble bath, with a large glass of wine, amidst lit, scented candles...and listen to classical flute/piano music....whilest playing fishey with my wash cloth.... =D
