Yup. First, find out your deductible ($500 or $1000 or)...it might be cheaper to fix yourself if repairs are less than the deductible.
Fault doesn't matter from the insurer's point of view. It only matters in determining rates...

Your insurance will pay. You have to call in a claim to the ins. co. and it depends on what your deductable is and how much it's going to cost to fix it. If you have a $500 deductible and the damage to the car is more than $500, you may want to pay the deductable and let insurance pay the damages. If the price of the repair is $525, I'd just pay out of pocket. If you have a $1000 deductable and there is $800 in damage to the car, you will have to pay the $800 out of pocket.

My experiences have been that I've always had to pay my deductible whether I was in the right or wrong. But I've heard that some insurance companies will reimburse you for your deductible if they can get it from the person who was in the wrong. If they don't know who was in the wrong, such as in your case, then, getting your deductible reimbursed sounds pretty slim, but never say never. Just ask them about it to find out.

Yes, you will have to pay your insurance deductible if nobody fessed up to hitting your car. You will not be penalized for making the claim though.

Yep, which completely blows till you will detect out who did it. record a police checklist real away ans be a pest. verify that they are looking into it. it quite is definitely BS which you will desire to would desire to pay for harm that became not your fault. This has got here approximately to me some cases with a clean motor vehicle, fortuitously they found out who did it and nailed her so I have been given my funds lower back and then some.

If you are unable to determine who hit your vehicle, then yes, you have to pony up for the deductible on your policy.

considered a Hit and run. file a police report. shopping centers usually have survelliance cameras in there parking lots..have them check it.
your insurance should cover it. and when they find out who did it..insurance will sue/go after that person.

Call your agent. I believe they will pay and you won't have to pay the deductible, but you will have to file a police report.
