If you don't think there is, explain why. If you think there is, what is your logic? Can you present any reliable evidence? The reason I ask: I attended a Harvard seminar (Smithsonian Institute) that made me wonder of the possiblilities or lack thereof. If you must get philosophical, be my guest.

The probability of life on other planets is described by the Drake Equation (see references below). All reasonable estimates give a huge number of planets potentially capable of supporting life. The remaining parameters are unknown and highly speculative. Estimates for the probability of life evolving under suitable conditions range from infinitesimal to 1. There is no laboratory evidence for the spontaneous generation of life on timescales of days to years in lab scale experiments. Certainly the probability of life per cubic cm per second is very small. However, a very small probability multiplied by a huge volume and very long timescale may be close to 1. Personally, I think that the probability is much less than 1. I think that once life arises the probability for the development of intelligence is 1. There is no evidence of little green men yet and this tells us that if other life exists, it is not common (or smart enough to avoid all possible contact with humans).

NOw if u have any iterest in the ufo phenomena, and

Warning this video is not a fake, or a hoax, all witnesses talking on tape can be verified as the event itself.!!!!!!

Over 400 government, military, and intelligence community witnesses testifying
to their direct, personal, first hand experience with UFOs, ETs, ET technology, and the cover-up that keeps this information secret.!!

ONce again this is a must see.
If u didn`t watch this video u seen nothing yet.!!!

I think there is life in other planets, and not only cellular life but intelligent beings. The universe is infinite so the possibilities are infinite. I´ve always asked myself, what if life in other planets was not biological but instead a being far more advanced than us, nor necessarily biological. A being that we as biological entities that we are we cannot understand or recognize as a life form. As I said before the possibilities are endless and so is the space for life to occur, again.

The physique born of earthly issues, particular, evolving physique ? particular, it evolves into airborne dirt and dust, God made it that way. The spirit is yet another tale, the middle and strategies, the being interior the physique, this does quite evolve onward, it quite is evolution, it quite is quantity, vocal, whilst the residing God is in contact, it quite is invoked and ensigned, to be invulnerable(spiritually), it quite is vocal ! All are in contact, many don't comprehend they're in contact yet they're, even the atheists are in contact, in evolving, the spirit, the Lord, the father, Jesus, son of guy(flesh, terra, earth) from earth to earth(airborne dirt and dust). There are only 2 facets to a conflict, the conflict I see is between stable and evil, lite and darkish, real and incorrect, the physique has no place in this conflict on the information table, it is not needed, this would be a psychological conflict(spirit), not a actual conflict(flesh), look for the heavens first and all, the physique will persist with.

There's an awful lot of universe out there for just one rinky dink little planet. Copernicus dethroned us from the physical center of the universe, but unless you subscribe to some notion that we are still the spiritual center of it all in a universe created just for us, the chances of life occuring only here on Earth, if it was only by chance, are incredibly small. There is more cosmos than we need in order to carry on our daily business if we're the only ones here. If that's the case, God could have created it in only three days and we could all have four day weekends all the time.

I believe it is a VERY big universe and humans would be conceited to think only this planet has life. I believe that that those who believe evolution is possible will see my point that if it happened once why not 2 or 3 times? while those who believe in intelligent design would feel slighted if "god" created another planet with life. If god created this planet and the life on it who are we to say that this is the only place? No one knows it is only beliefs and nowadays that seems to be enough.

The universe has been around so long and it is so very, very vast that it is impossible that there is only one single place where life exists. People don't realize what is meant by all those big numbers, like light-year, and billions and trillions of suns, each set of billions in a galaxy of which there are billions and trillions....so it's not how could there be life elsewhere, it's how could there NOT be life elsewhere.

yes. There are billions of stars in our galaxy. There are billions on billions of planets around those stars. There are billions up billions of galaxies.

With those #'s it would be near 0% chance that life of some kind would not exist all over the universie.

We as humans are just so arrogant that we like to think we are special. Not so much I think

most likely... yes... but..
this is a huge but. if there are then they are very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very far away. even if they were 500 years more advanced then us, by the time they reached us we would be probably more than 1000 years more advanced then them. there is even an equation for the chances of there being life on other planets. the equation does not show that much chance but in a universe full of about infinite planets the chances aren't too bad here is the equation...
N = R* fp ne f l fi fc L
for more detail on it look at my source...
hope this answers yr question. and don't forget there could be life on one of Jupiter's moons
