How can a man tell if a woman is flirting or interested?

You have to take a chance and make some moves, if she is interested, she will follow your lead. If a woman is flirting she will tend to get closer, probably some sort of touching while talking will take place. Longer gazes at you and into your eyes. The list of things goes on. Basically if she acts more affectionate it is a good sign. :o)
