Does it have any function other than elimenating odor such as preventing or curing a rash on other areas of the body?

Deodorant doens't kill bacteria. It just covers up the smell. If you are using anti-perspirant than it stops you from sweating but, it doesn't kill bacteria and won't cure a rash. Never apply anti-perspirant to a rash!

Deodorant kills the odor and anti-perspirants block your perspiration. Some products have both - other just one or the other. But other than that, they don't really have any other uses.

mabe if its babypowder sented it may actualy have papy powder in it
