I'm guessing you mean a child that was given up for adoption that you happened to see years later? (As opposed to a child you raised who ran out to the mailbox to check the mail and you peeked out the window?)
If I saw a girl with eyes as big as mine, I'd probably do a double-take. I have no kids right now, though.

Not all Children look like their Parents or grandparents; why are you asking this, do have doubts about her being your daughter?
