I would rater agree with Phirezepe and advise you not to go in for downloding of Hindi films as it is costlier and also not up and up.The downloading also eats up considerable hardware space and puts severe limitation of the operation of the computer.

If a short version of the film will do for you may visit the site http://www.rediff.com/search/2002/m..
The 'short film' phenomenon is sweeping the Web. More and more sites are playing host to movies that end in minutes rather than hours. So while you are downloading software that takes ages, you can actually watch a film. They are not only ideal for viewers who like short films, but also provide a showcase for those who make films that are not long enough to be shown in theatres.
In keeping with Web culture, they are cheap for both parties: While they save viewers the expense of movie tickets, filmmakers benefit by using mainly digital technology instead of costlier equipment. And, as is characteristic of the Internet, most of these films are suited to those who want a quick diversion from the drudgery of everyday life. So they are mainly humorous spoofs. They can also give you a taste of different genres and cultures, many of which were not popular before.

So whenever you want to watch a short film you can visit the following sites which will give you a private screening:

IFilm:

. Atom Films.

Digital Film Festival:
.
Cinema Now:
.
The Bit Screen:
.
BijouFlix:
.
Yahoo! Movies:
