Which US and Canadian cities feel the most European....Feel free to state the obvious cities like Montreal and Quebec City....
But I want to hear about others too, and what makes them feel this way....

Vancouver, BC?
Boston, MA?
Miami, FL?
I want your opinions, and suggestions for the best place to get a European feel, without having to go to Europe...

Other than the cities you mentioned, it has to be San Francisco! The winding streets, the great cuisine, streetcars, the bristos and wine bars, old but elegant architecture, fashionable shopping, art galleries, the mellowness of the people....it has to be San Francisco.
