There is this girl me and her have been friends ever since like 1st grade! But when we were in the 6th grade she started to hang around this other girl (Which she thinks she is pretty and better than everybody else) . So now when we be in school in the morning time she be talking to me, and you know acting like we best friends! When another part of the day come and she gets around the girl who think she is pretty and her lil friends she acts like she don't me! Well she don't be talking to me, she be all up in their faces. Is she a fake or what?

a true friend will be by your side no matter who comes along pretty or not..they will not act like they dont know you just because someone else is around..she is your so called friend till these other gurls comes around,a true friend is there no matter who or what comes around...a true friend will offer there hand not there back...

You can get better friends than that. Sounds to me like this girl is not a true friend a true friend would acknowledge you and respect you this girl is doing none of that she seems very two faced nice to you when the other girls are not around and nasty the next minute all ignoring you when the other girls are there. Find better friends and cut her loose!

i know exactly how u feel my friend or should I say"friend"is doin' the same thing to me.in the morning she'll talk to me look over at me and smile and wisper jokes and stuff and talk all morning(whe we're s'possed to be working,lol)
and the school i go to we get 2 reeces and like the first 1 she'll talk to me and the 2nd one she's giving me dirty looks and snapping her head aroud and flipping her hair over her shoulder and it hurts me b/c we've been friends since second grade but i didn't do anything but be a good friend and then she's like .....this!!! i have often wondered the same thing now i can get advice from ur answers (if u don't mind)

Gurl get rid of her azz. Hell yeah she is FAKE. U don't need her or her drama in yo life. Plus I bet you are so much prettier than all of them. Get yo self some real friends and believe me she'll realize that she made a big mistake treating you like that.

she's real whens its just u and her, but shes fake w/ the other girl
tell her that its not cool to b 2 different people and that she should choose between her real friend (u) and ur fake one (the other girl)
if she doens't pick u, then she wasn't a good friend to have anyway

the same thing happened to me when i was in the 6th grade. be her friend but be careful what you say or do. i mean like do exactly what she's doing to you. or just talk to her about it. BEST OF LUCK!!!!

i just moved and i am in 6th grade so there are no friends (so far) like that but i f i was in your situation i would ttly make new friends!!!!!! come on you sooooooo seem like a great friend i am sure there are other ppl. forget about her. if she is noce to you in the morning,just belike ughh and walk away. she is rude obviously so forget bout her. that is my advice.

hell yeah she is a fake and as time goes on she will only get worse. i was in the same situation once and till this day our friendship is never the same

She wants you as a friend, but wants popularity too. She sees you as hindering that popularity when she's hanging around with the "prettier friend". Be up front with your friend and tell her that it is not appreciated.
