get a pumice stone...and scrape the part you want distressed...then take a bottle of clear nail polish and brush over the area after three washes....you can fringe the bottom ever so slightly...rub a pair of scissors over the edge to loosen up the bottom hem...you could go to goodwill and try to buy a pair or two to practice...i found jewels at my local craft store and made a replica of the coolest Juicy Couture jeans...you mind is no limit....

wash and dry them several times, maybe do some yard work. stuff that typically ruins jeans. or just in case you didn't know, you can buy them like that now. oh and don't forget the bleach and scissors

Take a cheese grinder and run it through areas on ur jeans!!!
