benzene has no maximum temperature, you can just keep heating it up (unless you are talking about the pressure/temperature combination where the molecule disassociate into a "plasma") or (unless you are talking about the temperature at which it will spontaneously combust if their is sufficient oxygen present)

the boiling point of benzene is about 353 F

so, at atmospheric pressure, the maximum temperature for LIQUID benzene is 353 F
