If I have a webpage open on internet explorer browser window, and I also want to open another browser window, like yahoo, or e-bay, that new webpage takes over that first browser window. How can I make it open on its own, additional browser window instead of taking over and replacing the first one?

Assuming that you want to make a page... and have a link on a page you want opened in a new window - simply add a "target='_blank'" to your link. DreamWeaver would allow you to do that in the properties of the link.

There is a sample link:

If you simply want to open a new window - hit Ctrl+N on your keyboard, then Alt+D and type the address!

Or - right-click the link and choose "Open in a new window" from the context menu...
Hope that helps!

I do it all the time with no problem?
I'll open Netscape, bring up a site or page.
Minimize the page, from the desktop open IE and browse with it. At any time I can clk on the Netscape site on the bottom toolbar and it comes up over IE. (or vice versa)
